I am aware that I am under no legal obligation to provide the information, and that its submission is subject to my consent. If I do not provide the information, Yad Vashem will be unable to deliver the requested service. The information will be stored in Yad Vashem’s database (as the database controller) and may be shared with third parties in accordance with Yad Vashem’s Privacy Policy. I have the right to access my personal information and request its correction, subject to the Privacy Protection Law and its regulations.
